Apple II and D.O.S. were the Operating systems initially supported by Quicken, and gradually they went for the Windows and Macintosh versions as well. Quicken for Mac is equally distinguished for its flawless features and exciting updates. So, it is needless to say that a new update delights the users in the whole of the country. Thus, as soon as Quicken for Mac v5.15 was released, it attracted attention both from the community of experts as well the users.

What’s New in the Latest Version?

The new version brings quite a few QuickFill improvements for the users along with an additional Quicken Bill Manager feature for all the Premium members of Quicken in the U.S.A.

If you are interested in grabbing a glance at all the improvements you will find in this new version, then check them here.

  • In contrary to the previous version of QuickFill, which didn’t have any options to auto-create or edit any previous transaction that is saved in the QuickFill memory with tag and memo field from the register, this version enables you to do so. You will get this option above Category. Besides, you will also get it in under Transaction details when you are trying to edit details or in Splits.
  • You can also change the status of the checkbox that appears above the CAtegory tab. This will let you update on whether you want to auto-create a QuickFill while creating a transaction. You may not wish to let QuickFill remember all the edits because, on most occasions, you won’t be needing them. Hence, if you uncheck the checkbox, then Quicken will not edit. Additionally, it won’t even create a new rule of QuickFill with your edits.

These features have been significant additions to what Quicken was in its previous versions and are proving to be convenient for most of the users, if not all.

Lastly, with the Quicken Bill Manager, the U.S. Premier Customers can quickly pay their online bills directly and that too on the same day. Moreover, they can also write and pay checks (Check Pay) from within Quicken itself.
